Cyber Security. A Knowledge-based workforce is a secure workforce. NCTA has a long history of cyber security advocacy and intellectual property protection. Our Defense and Security Committee has developed a “Declaration of Security Ethics’ and other tools for companies to better prepared to manage challenges and ward off threats. Our efforts in the Defense and Security area have also been focused on bringing more federal resources to North Carolina companies. NCTA is committed to building a Defense and security cluster in North Carolina that is not geographically bound.

NCTA supports the critical mission of InfraGard and the FBI to increase the security of the critical infrastructures of the United States.
